Completed Services

Once audio editing or post-production work has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns you may have about the quality of our work.

Equipment Rental

Equipment rental fees are non-refundable once equipment has been used. If equipment is returned unused and in original condition, we may consider a refund or credit at our discretion.

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
